As a locally owned and operated company we know the importance our clients place on having a single point of contact to get fast responses and dealing directly with the decision maker. We understand the frustration of not getting the reply when you need it, of finding the correct person who knows exactly what you require or being passed down a chain before getting what you need. This is the reason we keep our management team small and available for direct contact for key clients. Our management team is supported by array dedicated team of assistants, team leaders, supervisors and long-term experienced staff who delivery quality service accurately the first time.
JP is Managing Director of Caughey and Dignon Ltd, which includes Northern Districts Security, CDL Records Management, Fireco and Cleanscape. He spends much of his time working with the Northern Districts Security team. He has a background in accounting with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, but after purchasing Northern Districts Security in his hometown his passion quickly expanded to keeping his community safe and creating jobs and revenue within Northland. JP leads by example and is extremely committed to the industry and improving it for the best outcome for staff and clients.
He manages over 100 staff and sets all standards for Northern Districts Security. He has executive level ownership of the relationship with major clients and isn’t afraid to put on a uniform to ensure quality assurance amongst his staff. JP is an experienced and influential leader with a proven track record of developing high performing teams, delivering high quality service.

Stephanie is our General Manager and spends her time providing effective leadership to her team of over 80 staff. Stephanie takes great pride in her staff and has a reputation for building great relationships with all her team members. Her values are to look after her staff to ensure Northern Districts Security delivers high quality staff with total client satisfaction. Her priority is ensuring she provides leadership and guidance to ensure the continuation of a high performing and supportive team environment for managers and supervisors. She maintains strong relationships with all key clients and leads and manages development and implementation of service and delivery strategies, procedures, systems and performance measures.
Stephanie has strong leadership and management skills with over 12 years’ experience in running businesses. She has a great balance of communication and conflict management skills and is clear and confident decision maker. She is our training guru, ensuring that the appropriate level of training is provided for all security staff and is always looking for innovative ways to train, educate and improve our staff and their knowledge. She has the responsibility for the oversight of the compliance, health and safety, risk management and quality assurance obligations within the company.

Crystal is our amazing Operations Manager, assisting and working alongside our General Manager. She is a dedicated member of our team with the key role of ensuring the wellbeing of our staff is maintained in order to provide a happy working environment and to retain quality staff to provide for our clients. She has extensive experience in people management and leadership within the security industry and has a sound knowledge and experience of clients’ needs. She is our focal point for any investigations involving security; to prepare reports and note follow up action. She supplies effective, efficient and innovative skills when managing staff, time and rostering large staff numbers.
