Northern Districts Security ensures that we have systems in place that identify, assess, eliminate (where possible) manage and monitor risks in order to provide a safe environment that complies with, as a minimum, all legislative requirements.
We promote and provide orientation and training to enable our employees to function safely and effectively in their roles. We also provide forums that enable employees to participate in health and safety risk management and quality improvement. We promote health and safety goals and objectives in our strategic and service planning and consult, cooperate and coordinate with other ‘Persons Conducting a Business or Undertaking(PCBU)’ with whom we work as part of our operations.
